Ruby’s Inn was awarded with an Energy for Everyone Hero Award by the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC).

Propane use at Ruby’s Inn has helped to eliminate 5,200 metric tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) equivalent. 

 Propane is an ideal energy source for prime and secondary power generation because it’s a low-carbon energy option that is efficient and reliable, PERC says.

Whether driven by rigorous state and local regulatory mandates, or simply the desire to live more sustainably, the demand for a smaller carbon footprint and greater energy efficiency is growing in both the residential and commercial building and renovation markets.
